Team Toast! We are a husband and wife team, living in Cwmfelinfach in the beautiful Sirhowy Valley. We moved here from Essex in January 2020 to my late granddads house after falling in love with this little village

The idea for Toast was born from a love and fascination of sourdough baking & a passion for our community. 

Here at Toast we focus on what is really important to us, making good quality, organic & vegan food that has no compromise on taste whilst remaining affordable. 

​

We also focus on creating a lifestyle that is achievable and sustainable for us and for the world we live in, we use recyclable materials for our takeaways and make sure we never waste any food. We have linked up with various groups in our community to make sure our surplus food is given out in food pantries.

We truly love what we do & are so excited to be continuing on this journey.
